body-oriented practices in Excelsior, Minnesota for over ten years. I have traveled to many areas of the world to study the healing techniques and
spiritual teachings of indigenous cultures.
I offer private
sessions in therapeutic massage, personal
body movement/yoga training, Reiki, and my specialty
sessions: Crystal Bowl Sound Therapy and Transformational Mentoring.

Personal
Body Movement/Yoga Training is a non-traditional way of personal
training using a very methodical system that is gentle and loving of the body. I
co-create a session that is in touch with your mental, emotional,
physical and spiritual state of "Being", combining the blend and flow
of repetitive focused movements, stretches, yoga poses, breath and meditation.
Sound Therapy
is the application of sound, touch and other forms of universal energy to expand
and activate one’s energy centers, bringing about the release of energy
blockages which keep us from being our real and vital selves. I use
focused sound transmitted through a set of beautiful Crystal
Singing Bowls, blended with Reiki
and related forms of energy
work, to transport you to a place of inner stillness. Your chi,
the
energy which flows through and around all of us, is increased and activated. You
are then open to experience your total being, and to heal naturally “from
